Title: Dan Tishman Discusses His Career

Biography:

Daniel R. Tishman is Chairman of Tishman Construction and Vice Chair of AECOM, a publicly-traded company which acquired Tishman Construction in 2010. He is also Vice Chair and principal owner of Tishman Realty, a privately held real estate and asset management company.
Dan has a diverse background in real estate development and construction and has overseen some of the largest modern developments and redevelopments in the United States. Under his leadership, Dan pushed Tishman Construction to become an early leader in green building, the practice of which is now widespread. The real estate company has holdings in hotel, retail, office, residential and other types of investments, such as mezzanine
debt.
AECOM is a 90,000 person firm operating in 150 countries with $18 billion in annual revenues. It designs, builds and operates all types of projects and infrastructure through its global experts working to implement innovative solutions to the world’s most complex challenges.
Dan serves on numerous industry, civic and philanthropic boards, and he is Chairman of the Natural Reserves Defense Council which is one of the world’s leading environmental organizations.
