Abstract

Dr. Adriaens address will provide the backdrop for a conversation on regional green economic development. We will build a dialogue that results in concrete steps that our communities in Southeast Michigan can take to further enhance our region’s prosperity through green economic development.

As part of the program, summit participants will examine ways to accomplish this goal both effectively and cooperatively by discussing different approaches to fueling green business retention/attraction and job creation.

Plan to connect and collaborate with your colleagues from the sectors of government, business, non-profits, and education. Networking begins at 8:30am, followed by the program from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Luncheon from local sources will be provided.
